Description

This video shows:

  1. Appropriate use of health and safety techniques
  2. Consultation with client (requirements establishment, questioning client on contra-indications)
  3. Skin condition examination and hair tests
  4. Factors affecting hair colouring
  5. Appropriate application techniques for lightening hair colour
  6. Aftercare advice provision

The benefits of colouring hair using foils are:

  • It creates different depths
  • It is possible to use an array of different colours to give multiple tonal effects
  • Colour can be placed where you want i.e. half head/full head
